The Year of Trekking in Naija!

Three men, Salihu Jibrin, Aliyu Adamu and Abubakar Suleiman who trekked to Yola in honour of former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, are now stranded in Yola
The men, said since their arrival, they have been unable to see their mentor, Atiku.
They said all they needed was to see Atiku or his representatives to deliver their messages and go back to their various destinations.
“I trekked for 38 days, all the way from Lagos to Yola to see Atiku in view of his role over APC’s victory in the general elections but up till now I have been unable to see him.
“I am now stranded with no money to go back; at times, I sleep in the motor park or squat with good samaritans”, Jibrin said.
Adamu, who rode a bicycle from Kaduna to Yola,  spent eight days on the road.
“I want to meet Atiku before finding my way back to Kaduna”, Adamu said.
Funny, isn't it?

Between Iwuanyanwu and Oshiomole

IWUANYANWU AND FRANCES
OSHIOMOLE AND LARA
Two years ago, Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, a politician, statesman and business tycoon, tied the knot with a 26-year old  Frances Chinonyerem Enwerem  in Owerri, Imo State amidst heavy criticism of the wide gap in age between the two.
Today again Edo State governor, Adams Oshiomole got married to his sweetheart and Cape Verde beauty, Lara Fortes, regardless of age difference.
What do you think?

Our Dame Again!

The first lady, Dame Patience Jonathan,  this Friday, handed over her role as the President of the African First Ladies Peace Mission (AFLPM), to  Jadiya Hamdi Mohamed, first lady of Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic.
Patience and Jadiya
The ceremony which took place at the Office of the First Lady Federal Republic of Nigeria, in Abuja,  was  the 8th AFLPM Summit of the mission which comprises of wives of Presidents of all African countries.
The tenure of Patience Jonathan  started when she was elected as the mission’s President at its seventh summit held in Abuja in July 2012.
Our sources say the tenure is supposed to have expired in July 2015 when a new president would have been elected but  Mrs. Jonathan summoned an emergency summit of the mission on Friday, where she handed over to her successor.
The action of the president’s wife  had been criticized  as a ploy to prevent the wife of the President-elect, Hajiha Aisha Buhari, from replacing her as President of the African First Ladies Peace Mission (AFLPM), an accusation the Dame refuted.

Food in Her Pants!!!

This woman, Holly Fray from Pittson,  from Pennsylvania is facing charges and fines after being arrested. A shopkeeper had notice the resourceful thief shoving food up her dress and  alerted  the police.
Officer Charles Langan had this to say :
"I thought she stuffed a bunch of things in her pants so I gave her a fast pat down, when I felt nothing and saw items begin to fall out of her pants, I knew something was up,” said Officer Langan. “A female officer was called in after Miss Fray was brought to the station, and a more thorough search was initiated.”

A female officer, Felicia Anne,  who carried out a further search also gave an account;

“They asked me to come do a full cavity search on a recently arrested shoplifter, which is very unusual. They told me that they thought she was holding groceries in her vagina, and I literally laughed out loud. They told me about the oranges and not feeling anything during the pat down, so I took her in the back and sure enough, we found nearly $100 worth of groceries inside of her vagina.

A dozen eggs, bread, milk, a few more oranges, as well as a full porterhouse and a rack of bacon were in there, plus a lot more. I was shocked.”

But can you imagine? The store didn't press charges against the thief  because they said the situation was hilarious.
